A mini po’ boy will be served with a Nob Creek Kentucky rye cocktail followed by a seafood udon bowl and Japanese 12 year single malt. Stuffed chicken roulade will be accompanied by a Basil Hayden bourbon cocktail.
Smoked barbecued pork short ribs will be paired with a Jim Beam Double Oak mint julep, and strip loin will be served with a Laphroaig Islay cocktail. Dessert is New Orleans bread pudding with bourbon crème anglaise and butter pecan gelato.
