An amuse bouche of truffled deviled egg croustade paired with Coeur Blanc White Pinot Noir will be followed by pheasant galantine paired with Rose of Pinot Noir. Maine lobster vol-au-vent will be served with Evenstad Reserve Chardonnay.
Wine-braised wild boar will be served with Evenstad Reserve Pinot Noir, and wood-fired beef tenderloin medallions will be paired with Jerusalem Hill Pinot Noir.
