The burger has two patties made up of Wagyu beef, sautéed wild mushrooms and red quinoa topped with smoked cheddar, cabbage and onion slaw, honey vinaigrette and shaved mango served on a sweet Jamaican roll with a black bean and avocado spread.
Guests can vote for the Mo-Bay Burger at www.jamesbeard.org/blended burgerproject.
