Do you or someone you know spend hours on end hunting down rare Pokémon on Pokémon Go? Unless you refuse to own a smartphone, or have been having server issues, chances are you know exactly where to go to catch a Pikachu, exactly how many Pidgey you need to reach you next level, and what you favorite spot in the city is to Poké-hunt.

This Friday however, the Lucky Beaver, located at 3655 S Virginia St, Reno, NV 89502, is looking to become the first real, live Pokéstop. For those who have never used the app, Pokéstops are places in the game where trainers can find items, and drop "lures" to attract Pokémon to that location.

Running from 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m., the bar will have a Pokéstop prize wheel that every guest will have a chance to spin as soon as they walk through the door. Prizes on the wheel include drink coupons to gift cards. Those who choose to spin the wheel will also be entered into a raffle that will begin at 7:30 p.m. Prizes representing the three teams in the game: Valor, Instinct, and Mystic will be given out to the person who catches the best Pokémon of the night.

There will also be drink specials, including Pikachu, Charmander, and Squirtle themed drinks. The happy hour menu, available from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., has been Poké-fied with items including "Team Rocket Rings," "Charizard Wings," and " Ash Ketchum's Steak Tips."

In addition, Lucky Beaver will be dropping lures on the in game Pokéstop, making sure that all the trainers in attendance will have the opportunity to fill out those missing slots in their Pokédexes.
