On Thursday, LEX Nightclub will serve as the kickoff to KTVN’s 23rd annual Share Your Christmas Food Drive. As part of the club’s free weekly Flirt Thursday promotion, which is headlined this week by YouTube musical sensation Daniel Park, guests will receive a complimentary cocktail for every two cans of food donated. The canned food will then be delivered by members of the LEX team to the Share Your Christmas Food Drive from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday in the Grand Sierra Resort parking lot.

The Flirt Thursday Share Your Christmas Food Drive kickoff party gets underway at 8 p.m. and will continue past midnight. The Food Bank of Northern Nevada will have barrels on hand to collect canned food donations. Daniel Park, a singer and musician best known for his electric violin and numerous YouTube videos and live Las Vegas performances will take the stage around 9 p.m. Flirt Thursdays at LEX is limited to adults 21 and older, and there is no cover for the event.

LEX is the pinnacle of a series of more than $100 million in aggressive renovations, additions and remodels that Grand Sierra Resort and Casino has made since 2012. At 25,000 square feet, the venue features an adult indoor pool that has a dance floor that extends over it and creates the illusion of dancing on water, along with 33 VIP tables, three full bars and a multi-million dollar lighting and sound system. Rivaling the country’s top nightlife venues, LEX has featured some of the biggest names in nightlife entertainment including Ja Rule, Flo Rida, Tiesto, Paul Oakenfold, Tommy Lee and DJ Aero, The Chainsmokers, DJ Pauly D, Brody Jenner and William Lifestyle, Jermaine Dupri, EC Twins, Scooter and Lavelle, Manufactured Superstars, DJ Shift, Clinton Sparks and DJ E-Rock.
