His singles are danceable hits loved by the EDM crowd, but he quickly gains new fans wherever he goes. Dotcom is a South African rapper, singer, and dancer. He got his start as a hip-hop dancer, competing around the world and representing South Africa in a 2009 Las Vegas competition. His most recent mixtape was released in 2012. You won't want to miss this amazing lineup of urban and underground rap artists at the Knitting Factory on August 20. Underground rap artist DEMRICK is inspired by friends, family, and people he's met along the way. The artist also known as Young De released his first and second albums in 2008 and has been featured alongside many other popular and upcoming hip hop/rap artists, including B-Real and DJ Muggs. Hailing from California and Arizona, J-Hornay has been writing tunes since he could hold a pencil. He's been touring with other great artists, like Berner and collaborating with Kottonmouth Kings. Anonymous That Dude and Mic Taylor will also be joining the lineup with their urban rap hits. If you love hardcore, well written rap music, this is the show for you. Show time is 8 p.m. and tickets are $15.

Hunter and the Dirty Jacks Take Tahoe August 22
