Many of Reno’s casino resorts are rolling out the pastel carpet to welcome Easter brunchers to feasts featuring build-your-own benedicts, filet mignon and chocolate fountains. Options range from ballroom-style brunch seating to popular steakhouses and casino cafes, with several restaurants offering multi-course prix fixe menus. We’ve rounded up several of our favorites to help you plan a delicious day.

At the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, the Grand Ballroom Gourmet Brunch will be 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and offer rack of lamb, slow-roasted prime rib and more, finished with a chocolate fountain, for $49.95 adult, $17.95 child 4-10. Toucan Charlie’s Buffet & Grille Buffet, the Atlantis Steakhouse, Bistro Napa, Purple Parrot and Manhattan Deli will also offer all-day and evening Easter dining. Call 775-824-4411.

The Eldorado Resort Casino restaurants will offer Easter dining at The Buffet, La Strata and the Roxy, beginning with a champagne brunch at The Buffet 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a carving station, pastas, made-to-order omelets, bananas foster and a gelato bar for $28.99 adults, $15.99 children 4-10, $23.99 for Club Eldorado gold card members and above. La Strata will offer a four-course Italian meal for $44 person starting at 3 p.m., with the Roxy serving a pix-fixe menu for $45 per person, also beginning at 3 p.m. Call 775-786-5700.

The Grand Sierra Resort and Casino will feature dining along with family activities, including a visit from the Easter bunny 10 a.m., noon, 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., and family deals at Fun Quest and the GSR Bowling Center. For dining options, the Charlie Palmer Steak restaurant is serving brunch 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., $39 adult, $27 child, 2 and under free. The menu will feature made-to-order benedicts, steak and eggs, chicken and waffles and more. Elements Buffet will offer brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner 3-9 p.m. The Grand Café will serve 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Call 775-789-2456.

Hard Rock Tahoe will offer brunch 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Park Prime. Menu includes prime rib carving station, crab cake benedict and a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar for $48 adults, $18 kids 6-14, and kids 5 and under free. Pianist Bart Libby will entertain 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended. Call 775-589-7680. The Fire Break Kitchen & Bar is also open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., and The Oyster Bar is open 10 a.m. to midnight.

The Nugget Casino Resort will offer Easter dining at The Rotisserie Buffet and the Nugget Ballroom. Both locations will serve Easter dinner with a variety of salads, brunch and dinner dishes like classic eggs benedict and Pacific Rim wok-seared beef, made-to-order omelets and a carving station. The Rotisserie Buffet runs 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the Nugget Ballroom buffet runs 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Brunch at both locations is $23.95 or adults and $12.95 for children age 5-11. At the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino, an Easter brunch and dinner will be served 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the Island Buffet, and will feature a seafood bar, a carvery with leg of lamb, mint jelly and tomato mint relish, Asian wok creations and more, capped with a dessert spread offering gluten-free and sugar-free goodies. At the Silver Legacy Resort Casino, Sterling’s will offer open-seating (no reservations-needed) brunch 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. featuring oysters Rockefeller, grilled lamb chops and more, with a complement choice of prosecco, mimosa or bellini for $44.99 adults and $24.99 children 4-10. Brunch will also be served 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Flavors! the Buffet with omelet stations, hand-carved ham, Crème brûlée French toast and desserts. Cost is $27.99 adults, $14.99 children 4-10.
