The menu includes chilled Dungeness and king crab, jumbo prawns, turkey, prime rib, orange marmalade-glazed ham, petit filet mignon, Maine lobster bisque and shrimp scampi made-to-order. The Steakhouse serves special dinners from 4 p.m. The meals include a serrano-wrapped ahi tuna appetizer; prime beef and barley soup or butter lettuce salad; crab-crusted Chilean sea bass for $58 or leg of lamb for $54; and a dark chocolate candle.
Bistro Napa serves prix fixe dinners from 4 p.m. The meals include a salmon gravlax appetizer; chestnut bisque or a kale and rainbow carrot salad; pan-seared Alaskan halibut for $56 or espresso-crusted New York steak for $54; and a chocolate sleigh.

The Cactus Creek Prime Steakhouse serves a special meal from 2 p.m. The meal includes pumpkin spice shooters; butter lettuce salad; pan-seared diver scallops with roast beet puree; bacon-wrapped pork chop, herb-crusted lamb chops or 12-ounce prime rib; and a glazed apple tarte Tatin with salted caramel ice cream. The Branding Iron Cafe serves a Christmas meal from 2 to 4 p.m. The meal includes meatball soup or salad; chiles rellenos and shredded beef tamales; and chef’s dessert. Cost: $12.95.
A buffet will be served from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the Branding Iron Cafe and Buffet. Selections include chilled shrimp, turkey, top round roast beef, pork loin, cheese enchiladas and baked chicken. Cost: $14.95.

CARSON VALLEY INN
Garlic-studded prime rib for $29 and filet of sole stuffed with crab, shrimp and scallops for $27 will be served from 4:30 p.m. in CV Steak. The meals include tableside prepared salad.
A turkey dinner with pumpkin pie for $14.99 and a molasses- and peppercorn-crusted pork loin dinner for $13.99 will be served from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. in Katie’s Country Kitchen. The meals includes salad or holiday soup.
The Inn offers a ready-to-go turkey dinner for $89. The meal serves up to 10 and includes a 16- to 18-pound turkey, traditional side dishes and a pumpkin pie. Orders must be placed by noon Dec. 22 at the Katie’s cashier counter. Pickup is near the hotel front desk at your requested time from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Christmas Day.

Roxy serves prix fixe dinners from 4 p.m. The meals include smoked scallop chowder; cranberry-glazed duck breast; and a Christmas dessert. Cost: $49 and $84 with wine pairings.
La Strada serves a special meal from 4 p.m. The meal includes salmon carpaccio and arugula; ricotta and spinach fazzoletti and porcini mushroom ravioli; Hawaiian snapper acquapazza and roast pork tenderloin with apple-cranberry chutney; and warm bread pudding with white chocolate-eggnog sauce. Cost: $44.
