Bistro Napa at the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is introducing a new seasonal menu, Tastes of Autumn – tasting-sized small plates built around the idea of sharing.

The autumnal ingredients shine throughout the menu, which includes duck poutine with crispy taters; cheddar cheese curds and port wine demi-glace; lamb lollipops with artichokes, braised lentils, roasted red pepper and chimichurri sauce; pumpkin bisque with roasted pumpkin, spiced crème fraiche and Calvados pear chip.

In total, the menu comprises 18 items, each with its own flair, like the whimsical bacon and eggs, where bacon-wrapped pork belly and a sunny-side quail egg are draped atop toasted brioche, or the classic meat and potatoes -- braised beef short ribs, horseradish mustard and a white cheddar sauce.

For dessert, guests can tuck into an array of sweets. Tasting-sized portions are brought to the table, allowing guests to mix and match between 10 offerings. Flavors offered include salted caramel budino, pumpkin cheesecake, Butterfinger and chocolate mousse, among others.
