Thanksgiving dining choices abound
A gourmet brunch buffet will be served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom. The menu includes turkey, bourbon and maple sugar glazed ham, herb-crusted rack of lamb, prime rib, jumbo prawns, king crab, petit filet mignon cooked to order and mushroom ravioli with porcini cream sauce. Cost: $47.95 and $17.95 ages 4-10.
Four-course prix fixe turkey dinners for $46.95 and salmon Oscar dinners for $49.95 will be served from 4 p.m. in the Atlantis Steakhouse. The meals include a Dungeness crab salad; pumpkin bisque or a warm black kale salad; and pumpkin tiramisu.
Four-course prix fixe turducken dinners for $46.95 and wood-fired wild king salmon dinners for $48.95 will be served from 4 p.m. in Bistro Napa. The meals include New Orleans barbecued oysters; butternut squash and apple bisque or fennel and endive salad; and salted caramel pumpkin cheesecake.
A champagne brunch and dinner will be served from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., in Toucan Charlie’s Buffet and Grille. The menu includes turkey, ham, prime rib, duck with a Bing sherry sauce, bacon-wrapped pork kabobs, maple-baked salmon and shrimp and scallop scampi. Cost: $32.99 and $14.99 ages 4-10. Parties of 10 or more can make reservations before noon and after 6 p.m.
Three-course dinners will be served from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. in Purple Parrot. The meals include cream of mushroom soup or roasted root vegetable salad; turkey or pork loin with port-cherry reduction; and pumpkin pie or caramel apple pie. Cost: $18.99.
Three-course dinners will be served in the Manhattan Deli. The meals include beef barley soup or salad; turkey or Pacific salmon filet; and pumpkin pie or caramel apple pie. Cost: $18.99.
A multi-course dinner will be served from 2 p.m. to closing in the Cactus Creek Prime Steakhouse. The meal includes butternut squash soup or apple-fennel salad; braised beef short rib; garlic-herb crusted turkey, bourbon-glazed pork loin, line-caught halibut or 12-ounce prime rib; and vanilla bean-glazed cheesecake with berry compote. Cost: $55 and $65 with wine pairings. Reservations are required.

A Thanksgiving buffet will be served from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the Branding Iron Cafe and Buffet. The menu includes turkey, roast beef, ham with rum-raisin sauce, chili rellenos, mesquite baked chicken and Cajun tilapia. Cost: $14.95.
CARSON VALLEY INN:
A turkey dinner for $26 and a garlic-studded prime rib dinner for $29 will be served from 2 p.m. in CV Steak. The meals include holiday soup or tableside-prepared salad.
A turkey dinner will be served from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. in Katie’s Country Kitchen. The meal includes salad or corn and cheddar cheese chowder and pumpkin pie. Cost: $14.99 and $7.99 children younger than 10. The Katie’s children’s menu also is available.
The Inn offers a ready-to-go traditional turkey dinner for $89. The meal serves up to 10 and includes a 16 to 20 pound turkey, traditional side dishes and a pumpkin pie. Orders must be place by noon Nov. 24 at the Katie’s cashier counter. Pickup is near the hotel front desk at your requested time from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thanksgiving day.
The Steakhouse at Circus serves a choice of three special dinners starting at 5 p.m. The meals include salad or oyster and butternut squash chowder; roast turkey, filet mignon with lobster and scallop choron sauce or wild Atlantic cod with Louisiana corn-fried oysters; and pumpkin cheesecake or pecan pie with eggnog ice cream. Cost: $34.95.
The Americana Cafe serves a turkey dinner starting at noon. The meal includes butternut squash soup or salad and pumpkin or apple pie. Cost: $15.95.
The Courtyard Buffet serves a holiday meal from 2 p.m. Options include maple-roasted turkey, steamship of beef, fig-orange glazed ham with assorted mustards, cherry wood-smoked beef brisket, a pizza station, a south of the border station and a stir fry and noodle station. Cost: $19.99 and $10.99 ages 5-10.
Dos Geckos Cantina serves a three course dinner starting at 11 a.m. The meal includes salad or butternut squash soup, turkey fajitas and pumpkin cheesecake. Cost: $14.99.
The Buffet serves a meal from 11:30 a.m. The menu includes prime rib, turkey, rosemary leg of lamb, maple-glazed ham, blackened salmon, New York steaks with brandied peppercorn sauce, mushroom ravioli with porcini cream sauce and butternut squash ravioli with sage butter. Cost: $27.99, $22.99 Gold club members and above, and $13.99 ages 2-11.
Roxy serves a three-course meal from 3 p.m. The meal includes a fall harvest salad or butternut squash bisque; truffle-butter roast turkey; and individual pumpkin or apple pies with spiced whipped cream. Cost: $38.
A three-course dinner will be served from 3 p.m. in La Strada. The meal includes an arugula salad or cream of kabocha squash soup; risotto and breast of squab, turkey in porchetta or Hawaiian snapper; and caprese cake with pumpkin zabaglione gelato. Cost: $44.
The Prime Rib Grill is serving a Thanksgiving dinner from 3 p.m. The meal includes potato-leek soup; a salad bar; honey-glazed turkey; and pumpkin pie, pumpkin cheesecake or apple strudel. Cost. $26.95.
Millies24 serves two dinner specials from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. A turkey dinner with choice of pumpkin, apple or pecan pie costs $14.95. A sandwich with turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, mashed potatoes and hot turkey gravy on a Dutch crunch roll costs $11.
GOLD DUST WEST:
A turkey meal with pumpkin pie will be served for $11.49 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. in the Grille. The meal is free for club members who earn 200 base points.
Special dinners will be served from 2 to 9:30 p.m. in Charlie Palmer Steak. The menu includes first course choices of grilled quail with foie gras mousse for $18 and smoked salmon with toasted brioche and Czar Nicolais caviar creme for $25; a free-range turkey dinner for $34; and a duo of pumpkin cake with cranberry-cinnamon marmalade and a pumpkin tart for $8.
Three-course dinners will be served from 5 to 9 p.m. in Briscola. The meals include butternut squash soup or Caesar salad; a turkey dinner or butternut squash ravioli with brown butter-sage sauce; and pumpkin pie with cinnamon whipped cream. Cost: $38.

Grand Cafe serves three-course meals from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Entree choices include herb butter-roast turkey for $24.99, pan-fried whole snapper with scallion ponzu sauce for $25.99 and half-pound rosemary prime rib for $29.99. The meals include clam chowder or salad and pumpkin or banana cream pie.
A Thanksgiving meal will be served in Elements Buffet from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The menu includes white and dark turkey meat, glazed bone-in ham, garlic-studded prime rib, grilled salmon, grilled trout filet with hazelnut butter, grilled rib-eye steaks and pork chops, choice of pho soups, Hong Kong roast duck and pizza. Cost: $27.99 and $15.99 for children.
HARD ROCK LAKE TAHOE:
Club members get a free pumpkin pie from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 25. Members need to present their pie voucher and ID.
A dinner with smoked turkey breast will be served Thanksgiving Day in Park Prime.
The Fire Break Kitchen and Bar serves specials from Nov. 23-27. Specials include eggs Benedict with cranberry, stuffing and turkey; a turkey sandwich with stuffing, cranberry aioli and sweet potato fries; and a turkey burger with stuffing and cranberry aioli.
