Join The Steakhouse at Circus March 25th at 6 p.m. for a dinner with Elyse Winery paired with decadent courses.

The chefs will serve yellowfin tuna carpaccio with Hudson Valley foie gras, lemon juice, chives and chervil infused olive oil paired with the L’Ingenue.

The Steakhouse continues to deliver with Mesquite-grilled Hawaiian swordfish, Creole Beurre Rouge and chimichurri with pancetta-wrapped asparagus served alongside Nero Misto. Next, enjoy the braised Snake River Farms wagyu short ribs of beef with sautéed greens, cipollini and horseradish cream. This course is complemented by the Petit Syrah. Wrap up this delicious meal with a homemade espresso cheesecake, bittersweet raspberry petit fours and Cabernet Sauvignon Port.

Reception and seating begins at 6 p.m. with dinner at 6:30 p.m.
