The first course dishes up Sinatra sticks, mozzarella and pepperoni with basil marinara and Guinness bratwurst bites baked in pastry puff with brown mustard served with the Spring Reign, American Style Pale Ale. Next the chefs will serve compressed melon with fresh basil and organic greens, freshly shaved parmigiano-reggiano, lemon and blood orange vinaigrette paired with the Total Domination IPA.
The Steakhouse keeps the delicious coming with wiener schnitzels and poutine served with fingerling lyonnaise potatoes with horseradish veloute served alongside the Venn, Dortmund-Style Lager. Next, salivate over the umami-shaved tenderloin sliders with Asian BBQ pork belly, smothered onions and cheddar cheese on a pretzel roll, served with chimichurri and Asian dip. This course is complemented by the Dawn of the Red, IRA. Wrap up this delicious meal with a Black Forest trifle with Black Forest cherries and Kirschwasser and Wunderbier, Kolsch-Style.
