The weekend kicks off on Friday, Feb. 12 with a special performance by legendary comedic duo Cheech & Chong who found their audience through jokes of free love and cannabis. Tickets are $59.50 and $69.50.
In addition, longtime comedian Paul Rodriguez, who has been making audiences laugh all over the world for nearly three decades with his unique brand of humor will perform at the Laugh Factory, Feb. 11-14 at 7:30 p.m. with an additional show on Friday and Saturday at 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $27.45 for Thursday and Sunday, and $32.95 for Friday and Saturday.

On Valentine’s Day, Sterling’s Seafood Steakhouse, recently voted one of the Top 100 Restaurants in the nation for “Best Service” by OpenTable, will dish out impeccable flavors throughout the day. Starting at 9 a.m. through 2 p.m., Sterling’s Sunday Champagne Brunch will serve a sumptuous selection of live action entrée stations and menu items including petite beef medallions, Oysters Rockefeller, grilled lamb chops, shrimp with artichokes and grape tomatoes, oysters on the half shell, an omelet station, a symphony of dessert and much more top off with a complimentary choice of Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut or Bisol Jeio Prosecco Sparkling Wines, mimosa or Bellini, just $44.99.
In the evening, Sterling’s will service an exquisite five-course meal for $65 per person. Included in the meal is a Pacific Daboob Oyster on the Half Shell amuse, Mini Steak Napolean appetizer, choice of Tomato Basil Bisque or Hearts of Romaine Caesar, Surf, Turf and Turf entrée and Dark Chocolate and Port Poached Pear Terrine for dessert. The Surf, Turf and Turf entrée is a trio of petite filet mignon with braised veal cheeks and medallions of lobster. Over at Silver Legacy’s newest restaurant, Pearl Oyster Bar and Grill, a three-course meal consisting of choice of Hearts of Romaine salad or Creamy Wild Mushroom soup, Broiled New York Strip Steak and Scampi Duet and Coeur d’Amour raspberry infused white chocolate cheesecake dessert will be served for $28.95+ per person.
For gourmet dining on a budget, Silver Legacy recommends the $20.95+ menu at Café Central which includes creamy wild mushroom soup or a hearts of romaine salad, broiled New York strip and scampi duet and a Lovers Heart dark chocolate mousse dessert.
