Reno’s boomerang real estate market hit a post-recession high in May for pricing as the median price for existing single-family homes shot past $326,000.

Although places such as the Biggest Little City are in the midst of a seller’s market, however, there are still places in Nevada where housing is still relatively affordable in relation to median incomes.

Personal finance technology company SmartAsset ranked the 10 most affordable places to live in the Silver State as part of a recent national report. In addition to home prices and income, the ranking also looked at several factors such as closing costs, property tax and homeowner’s insurance as part of its affordability index.

Here is the list of Nevada’s most affordable areas from the report.
