The Nugget Rib Cook-off rolled into Sparks Aug. 27–Sept. 1, 2008, Labor Day weekend.

Booths and vendors open Wednesday–Sunday 11 a.m.– 9 p.m., and Labor Day 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Victorian Square. Shuttles are available.

Three acts have been announced for the 2008 stage including: Rock-a-billy roots rockers, The Blasters; Blues-man Joe Bonamassa and Night Ranger!
