Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe
Located only 25 minutes away from Reno, Mt. Rose is truly Tahoe's Gateway Resort. Mt. Rose has over 1200 acres of terrain and 60+ trails to suit any type of skier or snowboarder.
• The New Slide Lodge
Mt. Rose opened the new Slide Lodge last season; it's 7865 sq. ft. and the glass façade of the lodge will bring the mountain into the area, creating a warm feel for what has become coined the “locals” side of Mt. Rose.
• Extended hours early season skiing
Mt. Rose will offer extended hours (early season) and lights have been added to the Show-Off
area to provide early evening operations near the main lodge. Park features will be available in
this area adjacent to the main lodge to capture the excitement of being one of the first resorts
open in the Lake Tahoe area. Early season opening will also be complemented by the addition of
three snowmaking machines to improve the snow base as cold temperatures permit.

Mt. Rose offers daily specials all season long, including: the Weekend Extender, Bonus
Mondays, Two ‘fer Tuesdays, Over the Hill Wednesdays, Student Wednesdays, Ladies Day
Thursdays, and Runs N' Roses.
• New Flight Plan Lesson Packages
For ages 11 and up
Enjoy two or three complete days of lessons, rental equipment and beginner lift tickets* each day. 2-day Flight Plan: $120 and a 3-day Flight Plan: $130.
