The Freight House District
The Freight House District is year-round entertainment and restaurant venue adjacent to the Aces Ballpark that features concerts, festivals and other attractions throughout the year. The Freight House District has an outdoor plaza area, which includes a full-service bar and live music on most nights. Patrons can drink and dine outside on the furniture positioned beneath a large translucent roof structure.
When the Aces are playing a home game, a small cover charge gets you into the Freight House District if you don't have a game ticket. On those nights, anyone with a game ticket can go between the ballpark and Freight House District for free. Aces home games will be broadcast on the numerous television screens throughout the Freight House District.
The Freight House has four dining and bar establishments, each offering a unique experience:
Bugsy's Sports Bar, a full-service restaurant and bar located down the left-field line on the suite level of Aces Ballpark, serves a full menu of appetizers and entrees, including pan-seared salmon, blackened skirt steak, XXX Wings and the Black & Bleu Burger. From Bugsy's patio, visitors can watch home games right from their seat inside the bar or the outdoor patio. A number of ballpark seats are located just below the sports bar, and these seats will be sold to groups or on an individual basis and include in-seat beverage service.
Duffy's Ale House serves more than 50 beers on tap, along with an extensive menu of hand-crafted pizzas, smoked brisket sandwiches and much more.
The 250 Lounge offers lively libations, great views of downtown, and the chance to listen to some great music in a contemporary, inviting atmosphere.
Finally, on the ground floor of the Freight House District is Arroyo Mexican Grill, a high-end Mexican restaurant that features more than 100 tequilas and patio seating.
