Sterling’s Seafood Steakhouse to host Jack Daniel’s dinner

Sterling's Seafood Steakhouse, a 10-time Wine Spectator Award of Excellence Winner is proud to present a special gourmet dinner, showcasing gourmet food paired with Jack Daniel’s Whiskey on Wednesday, Oct. 1 at 6 p.m.
The evening will be hosted by Jack Daniel’s Master Taster Jeff Norman and will begin with a gathering featuring a raspberry Jack cocktail and Lynchburg Lemonade®. The four-course meal begins with wild mushroom strudel with goat cheese cream paired with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey. The second course will consist of baby spinach salad with apples, pine nuts and champagne vinaigrette paired with Gentleman Jack. The main course showcases chili crusted filet mignon over chorizo mashed potatoes, tomato demi and Chipotle Hollandaise paired with Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel. Round out the meal with a scrumptious chocolate decadence bomb paired with Korbel Extra Dry.
