By Brian Kaiser, Center for Regional Studies, UNR Month-to-month sales data for single family homes and condos in the Reno-Sparks area have not brought much good news in the past year, but these past couple of months have proven to be exceptions. Have we hit bottom? Are we finally digging out of this hole?
