Pan-seared scallops served with organic spinach, caramelized fennel and Applewood smoked bacon, topped with a chervil hollandaise or Kobe beef short ribs slow braised in Chianti wine served with Gorgonzola mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetable or lemon and sage rubbed organic chicken with a wild rice medley, baby glazed carrots and natural chicken Au Jus.

Dry-aged New York steak with bacon and blue cheese mashed potatoes to prosciutto and sage wrapped chicken breast, grilled Polenta cake and a celery root puree or butter roasted halibut, tomato Parmesan risotto, finished with a light lemon butter. Reservations are suggested.

Peel n’ eat shrimp, Boston clam chowder, spinach salad with honey bacon dressing, roast prime rib of beef Au Jus, roast turkey breast, honey mustard ham and leg of lamb.
Mushroom ravioli with Porcini cream sauce and other Italian favorites like lobster Bolognese sautéed with Fettuccini and chicken breast Saltimbocca. other savory dishes include steamed mussels with lemon butter sauce, broiled New York steak with mushrooms and seared salmon fillets.
