New Offerings at the Courtyard Buffet

If you haven’t visited the Courtyard Buffet at Circus Circus Reno recently, it’s time to stop by. The Courtyard Buffet at Circus Circus Reno is getting a facelift. But, instead of spending millions of dollars redesigning the visual aspects, our improvements are focused intently on the food variety and quality without making you pay more!
“We are very excited about our new menu,” said director of food and beverage Bill Miller. “Our customers told us food quality was very important to them so we responded with these new menu changes.”
Visit the Courtyard Buffet today for an increased variety of entrées and side choices in the main food section with an emphasis on regionalized favorites. With food conveniently separated into American, Italian, German, and Pan Asian areas, it’s easy to find your favorite dish at both brunch and dinner.
February brought the debut of the create your own stir fry station and a noodle bar. At the Stir Fry station, you can choose from a large selection of fresh vegetables and pair it with your choice of pork, shrimp, beef, or chicken and watch the Courtyard Chefs cook it on a sizzling wok right before your eyes. At the noodle bar, choose between a variety of exciting noodle dishes made fresh daily, including won ton soup and pancit!
The Courtyard Buffet still features prime rib and shrimp every night for dinner. Friday and Saturday night bring a more creative and upgraded seafood menu featuring the must-try lobster ravioli in a creamy butternut squash sauce.
Another change is the introduction of a daily brunch menu. This exciting change features all your favorite lunch dishes as well as a new specialty blintz station, waffles and pancakes with fresh fruit compotes, and fully stocked fruit and yogurt bar and our extremely popular create your own omelet bar.
