Create your own Stir Fry and Noodle Bar
February brought the debut of the Create Your Own Stir Fry station and a Noodle Bar. At the Stir Fry station, you can choose from a large selection of fresh vegetables and pair it with your choice of pork, shrimp, beef, or chicken and watch the Courtyard Chefs cook it on a sizzling wok right before your eyes. At the Noodle Bar, choose between a variety of exciting noodle dishes made fresh daily, including won ton soup and pancit!
Prime Rib and shrimp
The Courtyard Buffet still features prime rib and shrimp every night for dinner. Friday and Saturday night bring a more creative and upgraded seafood menu featuring the must-try lobster ravioli in a creamy butternut squash sauce.
Brunch offered seven days a week
Another change is the introduction of a brunch menu, seven days a week! This exciting change features all your favorite lunch dishes as well as a new specialty blintz station, waffles and pancakes with fresh fruit compotes, and fully stocked fruit and yogurt bar, and our extremely popular create-your-own omelet bar.
