New chef at the helm at Atlantis’ MonteVigna
Clayton Slieff joins the team at Italian Ristorante

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is proud to announce the addition of Clayton Slieff to the team! Slieff has taken over the duties of Room Chef at MonteVigna Italian Ristorante, on the second floor at Atlantis.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Greystone Campus, he has extensive experience in ice sculpting and garde manger, and has worked at private country clubs and other large casino properties in Northern Nevada.
Slieff has been in the culinary field for more than 40 years and has brought his cooking expertise to many parts of the world. He has helped feed American troops over in Afghanistan, and has cooked for the Americas Cup Team and The Equestrian Olympics. Atlantis is very excited to have him share is artful dishes here at MonteVigna!
