Meadowood Mall is prepared for the biggest shopping day of the year, the day after Thanksgiving, and the following weekend, Nov. 23-25. Here is a list of the Black Friday happenings:
Meadowood Mall is THE place for early door-busters for holiday shoppers with the stores opening at 4 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 23.
Meadowood Mall door-buster offers:
When it comes to Day after Thanksgiving shopping, the early bird makes out with bargain deals. Arrive at 6 a.m. to receive a one-stop guide to all the special offers and door busters only available at the Mall. The reference guide includes Day after Thanksgiving shopping deals for Mall merchants and will be the only place for shoppers to be in the know.
Meadowood opens early for holiday shopping:
JCPenney at Meadowood Mall is the first store to open the day after Thanksgiving at 4 a.m. and is the last to close at 11 p.m. Sears opens at 5 a.m., followed by Macy’s and the remaining Meadowood Mall stores at 6 a.m. The Mall closes at 10 p.m. on Nov. 23. On Saturday, Nov. 24, Meadowood Mall opens at 6 a.m., followed by Sears at 7 a.m., JCPenney at 8 a.m. and Macy’s at 9 a.m. On Sunday, Nov. 25, JCPenney will open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Mall hours will be 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Hot gifts:
Stores throughout Meadowood Mall are already beginning to identify hot items for the holiday shopping season. Shoppers are giving the gift of comfort this year with plush items from the N•A•P line at Brookstone including slippers, cuddle blankets and pillows.
Kitchen convenience and economy is also chic, making the Frisper Freshkeeper and FresherLonger food storage systems at Sharper Image a holiday must-have.
Kids of all ages are excited about the many varieties of electronic robots available from a number of merchants at the Mall including Sharper Image.
Fine jewelry from the David Yurman and John Hardy collections are topping the lists for many women this year with both collections available at Bailey, Banks & Biddle.

Santa and his elves are busy at work in Santa’s Village meeting children and taking photos for holiday memories.
