15th annual Tour de Nez presents two-day celebration of cycling, June 15-16
The 15th annual Tour de Nez, a true celebration of all things cycling, pedals into Reno and Truckee June 15 and 16 for one of the most complete cycling events to be found: A bevy of pro, amateur and enthusiast events highlight the joy, excitement and beloved culture of cycling.
Started 15 years ago, the Tour de Nez has grown from a Masters Twilight Criterium to a cycling extravaganza in Truckee and Reno.
Revelers will enjoy live music, belly dancing, bike demonstrations, mint juleps, bike decorating contests, face painting and a world full of bike madness and mayhem.

Wild Island Water Park offers slides, rides, water, waves and more
Summer's here. Schools' nearly over, and the heat is on its way. Pack up the family and head to Wild Island Water Park in Sparks for a fun-filled day of relaxation.

Reno's Artown rolls out impressive list of headliners for 12th season
Artown, one of the nation's largest and most inclusive arts and culture festivals, has been presenting world-class cultural events in Reno for more than a decade. The 12th season, running July 1-31, does it again with more legendary names and an exclusive selection of ticketed events and must-see performances from Herbie Hancock, Hell's Kitchen Dance with Mikhail Baryshnikov, Pink Martini and American Ballet Theatre.
